About Aarogyam

Aarogyam is a Sanskrit word that means "free from disease" "complete health of mind, body and spirit."

 

We help people gain and use the knowledge, skills, and confidence to self-care in order to have greater control of their health and their wellbeing.

Research Seminar

Aarogyam (UK) CIC hosts an exciting international range of visiting speakers from around the world, creating joint opportunity to find out about the latest advances. Seminars will be taking place on most Saturday noon between 12:00-3:00 (BST). 

All seminars are currently being held via Zoom. All presentations will be published in proceedings and our journal.
