Dr. Nidhi Awasthi, (MD Ayurveda) a globally renowned expert and academic in Rajasthan Ayurveda University (Jodhpur), brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the project. Her passion for Ayurveda and commitment to community wellness make her the perfect leader for this groundbreaking initiative.

Under her guidance, Ayu-Care will develop community based practices including, customized healthcare plans, yoga therapy, herbal remedies, and dietary guidance.

Dr Awasthi's leadership is characterized by a patient-centric approach, evidence-based Ayurvedic practices, and a dedication to making Ayurveda accessible to all communities. Dr. Awasthi's vision for Ayu-Care is to bridge the gap between traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and modern wellness needs, ensuring that individuals from diverse backgrounds can benefit from this ancient holistic system.

Aarogyam UK's journey towards community-supported Ayurveda began with the highly successful Ayu-Emergency project. This pioneering effort, led by Dr. Neha Sharma, earned widespread acclaim and recognition in both British and European Psychiatry scientific community. Dr. Sharma's leadership and dedication paved the way for the Ayu-Care project, building upon the solid foundation of evidence-based Ayurvedic practices.
