Integrative Therapies
Integrative Health Network connects care providers, patients and families or other supports to deliver, manage and organize services related to treatment and care, recovery and health promotion. On Integrative Health Network, we include, but not limited to, following therapies and support interventions.
Yogic Healing
Yogic Healing, a biofield therapy based on the principles and practice of Yoga, developed by the Unnati Healing Foundation. Modern science may refer to yogic healing, which operates on the energy body (Pranamaya kosha), as biofield therapy.
Ayurveda-Yoga
Ayurveda is healing branch of yogic science. Yoga is the spiritual aspect of Ayurveda, while Ayurveda is the therapeutic branch of Yoga. Yoga as Medical Therapy is traditionally part of Ayurveda, which deals with the treatment of physical and mental disorders. Ayurveda and Yoga system of healing are inseparable.
Homeopathy
Homoeopathy is a natural health care system that has been used worldwide for over two centuries. The goal of homoeopathy is to stimulate a person's innate healing ability by treating them as unique individuals. A homoeopath selects the most appropriate medication based on the patient's unique symptoms and health status. The World Health Organization recognizes it as the second largest therapeutic system in use worldwide.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of therapy that implements gentle pressure on specific points along the soles of the feet (and potentially on the hands or ears as well) in order to promote wholeness. The expectation is that this reduces tension, which improves the functioning of the body. It is also referred to as zone therapy.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing is an effective therapeutic that incorporates various healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments which enhance our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience in which all layers of our vibrant energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are tenderly and compassionately awakened. Integral Sound Healing is highly effective at inducing our relaxation response, which counteracts the numerous symptoms caused by chronic stress while balancing our whole being.
Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a distinct system of primary care that combines conventional scientific knowledge with natural forms of healing. It is based on the restorative force of nature and supports and stimulates the body's natural healing capacity. Naturopathy is the art and science of diagnosing, treating, and preventing disease with natural therapies, such as dietetics, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, hydrotherapy, fasting, naturopathic manipulation, exercise, lifestyle counselling, detoxification and chelation, environmental assessment and adjustment, spiritual healing, health promotion, and disease prevention.
Tai Chi & Qigong
Tai-Chi and Qigong are traditional Chinese martial arts that are practised extensively for their health benefits. Tai Chi Qigong is extremely restorative and rejuvenating. The fluid movements are simple to master and facilitate a natural connection between body and mind. It is a relaxing way to enhance your health and well-being. Group Qigong practice lends a sense of vitality and lightness to the practice.
