Kirti is social care and wellbeing specialist, consultant, interim and coach, using 25 years of social work experience and coaching expertise to secure better health and wellbeing for communities in UK and overseas.
She is highly personable and engaging expert with skills in social welfare, community development, service improvement and organisational transformation with a passion for producing the best response to patients’ and communities’ needs. In particular she is involved with the analysis of interventions as it affects survivors of domestic abuse and violence, research into related issues and the promotion of good practice in service design and provision.
Kirti is also very passionate to work around raising awareness of issues around all aspects of ageing and to support good practice. Her overarching focus is to discover and advocate what older people themselves want and need. She engages with many statutory and voluntary groups concerned with older people and contributes to advisory group, expert panel on a diverse array of issues.
