We believe in holistic approach based on individual needs. Holistic care represents a personalised care in association with people, professionals and the system. It happens when we make the most of the expertise, capacity and potential of people, families and communities. People access personalised care through six key programmes and this model demonstrates how these come together to deliver an all age, whole population approach.
During your journey through Aayogyam, you will come into contact with a number of different team members. Once your needs have been assessed, we will work with you to draw up your individual therapy sessions. This may be with yoga therapy or physiotherapy or Ayurveda or combinations of practices best suited together. During your individual care with Aayogyam, you must continue the medical care and ongoing treatments, services and support receiving under the care of GP or consultants.
Our support group is complementary therapies work along medical care, rather the alternative. Making sure your health care providers are aware of your recent change in lifestyle, we help and support throughout. We work in partnership with local support groups with social prescribing. We connect people to community groups and services for practical and emotional support. In that way, people connect with wide range of local agencies, general practice, pharmacies, multi-disciplinary teams, allied health professionals, social care services, voluntary, and community organisations.
