Community Service

Holistic community care represents a personalised care in association with people, professionals and the system. It happens when we make the most of the expertise, capacity and potential of people, families and communities. People access personalised care through our different programmes and this collaborative effort demonstrates how multi speciality come together to deliver an all age, whole population approach. 

We may combine various interventions depending on individual needs. We will work on a plan of care based on the most suitable approach. During practice, there will be regular reviews to ensure joint goals are being achieved. In community, we run group programs, individual therapy and group therapy programs

We support people with  chronic conditions, or long term illnesses with one to one therapy approach, where we design special care plan based on individualisation and needs.

Group Support

Support  groups and sessions are planned in group for specific conditions or issues. We run regular support groups for so people are connected with wider support networks.

 For a chosen initiatives, we work in partnership with local support groups with social prescribing. We connect people to community groups and services 

Research Services

Aarogyam (UK) work with academic divisions and departments of Universities UK to provide comprehensive support across the research work in collaboration. We also support communities to encourage and participate in academic research so it benefits all. Research Services is an expertise of Aarogyam (UK). Our responsibilities include:

Global Initiatives

Aarogyam (UK) is working with a wide range of stakeholders to find answers for scaling up the health support workforce to increase the quantity, and to improve the quality and relevance of health and social care support workers to meet the needs of the 21st century and contribute to better population health outcomes.


Learning in health and wellbeing ensures that people develop the knowledge and understanding, skills, capabilities and attributes which they need for mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing now and in the future. We ensure to 

  • make informed decisions in order to improve their mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing of peopl

  • apply their mental, emotional, social and physical skills to pursue a healthy lifestyle

  • make a successful move to the next stage of education or work

  • establish a pattern of health and wellbeing which will be sustained for life

Our Continuing Professional Development Program (To be announced), regular workshops, seminars and open days continuously support learning of communities and health care practitioners.




The Global Action Plan for Healthy Lives and Well-being for All” brings together 12 multilateral health, development and humanitarian agencies to better support countries to accelerate progress towards the health-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  Under the Global Action Plan, the agencies are better aligning their ways of working to reduce inefficiencies and provide more streamlined support to countries. Through the Plan, the agencies will support countries deliver on the health-related SDGs and related international commitments to health, such as the UN High-level Meeting on Universal Health Coverage and the Astana Conference on Primary Health Care.

Aarogyam has been working on a diverse range of community programs, evaluations and reviews looking at efforts to improve global health, wellbeing and social protection worldwide. We work with global partners to develop the scientific skills needed to address global health and wellbeing issues and needs effectively. 

In particular, we work with our global partners to explore the role of holistic health, interventions, research and innovation in improving wellbeing of people. Areas of focus include chronic conditions, abuse, neglect, trauma and sustainable developments. We work in partnership with 

Response to COVID-19

The global pandemic Covid-19 is impacting the lives of people in many and varied ways.  Together with partners worldwide, Aarogyam researchers are providing critical evidence and analysis that are shaping the support interventions and must inform immediate responses. 


We are also collaborating across disciplines and sectors to understand the longer-term impacts of the pandemic on development globally, and the transformations needed to support the recovery and rebuild more equitable and sustainable societies and economies.  This page brings all the work we ave been doing together to understand and shape responses to the virus, as well as longer-term development implications.


Aarogyam COVID-19 Response Program has initiated dozens of projects, where support workers and services are assisting on the front lines of the health emergency, communities, across many sectors. We are developing, providing resources to healthcare, government, education, socialcare and non-profits in immediate need for public benefit to help fight COVID-19.


Aarogyam  COVID-19 Response Program was set up in Early March 2020. We are here to help alleviate some of the challenges communities facing.
